At Fashion Fanatic, we are committed to selling only first-quality and genuine fashion apparel. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is returned/presented in original and sale-able condition. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please note the following guidelines.
  1. Requests to exchange/replace/credit must be made within 5 days after the item is received.
  2. Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it’s a direct fault or mistake on our side (1). We recommend that customer insure the package and deliver via a traceable method such as Poslaju or DHL.
  3. 10% of the item’s cost will be deducted as processing and handling fee, unless it’s a direct fault or mistake on our side (1) or because there is serious quality fault on the item (2).
  4. In case customer opt for exchange, customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item.
  5. If customer can’t find a good replacement, we can keep the credit for you (after 10% is deducted as in point number 3).
  6. Exchange, return or credit will only be processed after the returned item has been received in good and sale-able condition, with its original packaging, tags and all accessories.
  7. Refund is only applicable to Malaysian bank accounts, and to Paypal accounts.
  8. This return policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
Notes:
(1) Direct fault on our side includes:
  1. We delivered wrong item, wrong pattern or wrong color to the customer.
  2. We delivered a damaged item. Every item is carefully inspected before it’s packed and delivered.
(2) Serious quality fault on the item, which allows you to entertain exchange/replace/credit include:
  1. Large (as large as  10 cents for example) defective or dirt areas.
(3) We do not prefer to entertain exchange/replace/credit because of the following:
  1. Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
  2. The apparel doesn’t look as good as what the customer thought. Customer must check out the detailed photos, measurements and description before making an order.
  3. The customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
  4. The defect caused by customer’s careless handling after the delivery (for example, jammed zip fastener due to rough handling).
